Evaluation of Heartmoves
Heartmoves was evaluated in a partnership between the Heart Foundation (NSW), the Hunter Area Health Service and the NSW Department of Health, in a community dissemination trial with funding from a NSW Health Physical Activity Demonstration Grant in 1999- 2001.
